Your NiSI Filters and Filter Holders come with a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:
The NiSi Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 12 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. NiSi Australia will only provide warranty for NiSi filters purchased from NiSi Australia or it’s authorized, Dealers.
The NiSi warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft. Please contact us at [email protected] to proceed with your warranty claim.
Purchases from Camera Direct (camerasdirect.com.au) are not covered under the NiSi Australian warranty. Purchase from this retailer at your own risk.
The NiSi Special Care warranty
To be sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we provide a special care program that covers the first 14 days after purchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. If you believe your Filter is under the special care warranty, please send an email to [email protected], indicating in the subject of the email “Special Care” and in the text, your address and telephone. We will be happy to assist you in this process.
The NiSi Special Care warranty does not cover
Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire;
Any damage of any part of the filter resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, stains, cracks etc.) incorrect use of the filter.
