I’ve started exploring macro photography, having invested in the Sony 90mm macro lens. A lot of my subjects are photographed in the studio, and so a macro focusing rail was, if not essential, a great addition to the kit.
Having read a lot of reviews, I settled on the NiSi product – and it has not disappointed. Construction is solid, and the head movement is smooth and finely adjustable using the knobs at either end. I find the detachable feet handy for when it is easier to set up on a bench rather than using a tripod.
All in all, very satisfied.
